The layout needed major changes, as the kitchen and dining areas were completely closed off from the rest of the space. We added new, durable flooring throughout, refreshed the bathrooms, and gave the home a fresh coat of paint to really brighten it up. I even got to bring in some of my own personal touch by staging the property—something I don’t usually offer as a service. With the vibrant local vibe of the neighborhood, I added in colorful pillows and vintage decor to keep the space feeling fresh and funky, all while preserving the home’s original character. This project was especially meaningful because my family helped out, and it felt so rewarding to clean up and transform a space that really needed some love. It turned out to be a lovely, versatile home that would serve its future owners well for years to come.
