One of the most impactful changes was transforming an awkward bathroom off the kitchen into a combined laundry room and pantry - a design solution that gave the kitchen much-needed storage since it lacked upper cabinetry. The home’s historic facade was carefully preserved to meet the requirements of Boise’s Historical Society, while the original hardwood floors were patched, repaired, and refinished to highlight their natural beauty.
At the center of the home, the old brick was cleaned and showcased as a feature element, grounding the design in its history. Downstairs, the unfinished basement was transformed with new flooring, turning rough concrete into a versatile living space that could serve as a bedroom, media room, or guest suite.
This remodel was about more than updates - it was about honoring Boise’s architectural history while ensuring the home worked beautifully for modern life. The result is a space that blends original character with thoughtful design, offering future owners a home that feels both preserved and renewed.

Your space deserves clarity, direction, and a designer who knows exactly where to lead you.
